CAD Engineer
In this position, the individual will be responsible for developing/supporting physical verification rule decks (LVS/DRC/ERC) for layout group. Placement and Routing flow/methodology development. Develop/support/calibrate parasitic extraction flow for design groups. Developing the CAD flow for memory design as per the layout and design requirements. Improving overall productivity for layout group through various scripts and SKILL programming.
This position requires a BS/BA degree or equivalent. 0-2 years of experience in VLSI CAD Development and Support, Solid programming experience in C, C++, Perl.

Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people. A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Process Engineer
In this position, the individual will be responsible for process development in thin film deposition and lithography to support process integration development for advanced 3D nonvolatile memory products at dynamic research and development environment.
This position requires a Ph. D. degree in engineering, materials science, physics, or chemistry department and 0-2 years of work experience or post-doctoral research. Experiences with physical vapor deposition, chemical vapor deposition, and lithography in semiconductor processing is preferred. Some experiences in nonvolatile memory research or related courses is a plus. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
